*I used hot glue to attach the hair wefts. You can create the hair wefts using a pet comb to brush out the yarn. It is a much faster process to brush out the yarn if it is directly attached to the amigurumi. I wanted to try a new technique for the hair, which is why I made the wefts. The wefts take a lot more time to do and the end result is not as nice as it would be had I attached the yarn directly to the amigurumi. It was a good learning experience, however!
*I used Super Sculpey for the clay and acrylic paints for the color. I sealed the paint with a matte varnish. I used a combination of hot glue and super glue to attach the sculpted pieces to the amigurumi. I attached the clay pieces before the hair, but after making him, I realized it would have been a lot easier to attach the hair first and the clay pieces last.
